I am currently working as call quality analyst at Bboxx Capital Kenya Ltd. Some of my duties include monitoring and evaluating performance of call center against established quality assurance instruments and standards, providing quality audits and feedback to drive agents' behaviour and quality improvement and formulating call center scoring matrix and customer handling best practice procedures. I am also responsible for identifying and proposing ideas and solutions to improve quality at individual and group levels.
I have also been a call agent at the same company. As a call agent, my responsibilities included handling incoming requests from customers professionally and ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. I also Provided quality service and support in a variety of areas including troubleshooting customer issues, Phones, Facebook and Twitter.
I am a graduate holder of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Option) with abundance knowledge in MS Office Suite
