• Business Development Management( Recently working as an Assistant Quality and Growth Manager at Progressive Capital Limited and most also worked as a Branch Manager at Swift Capital Limited),
• Branch Operations Management (previously served as a Branch Operations Manager at SMEP Microfinance Bank which included supervision of tellers and customer service officers ),

3.Cash Management(having served as a Cash Manager and as a Treasury General Ledger Assistant) in International Travel Retail Industry at JKIA,

• Credit Administration,( from Kenya Institute of Credit Management)
• Customer Service Management in the Banking Industry.
