2010 - 2015 Summary of Main Roles and Responsibilities.⮚ The task of receiving, storing, issuing, and documenting a wide range of goods, supplies, and equipment was efficiently planned, monitored, and managed by you. ⮚ I contacted vendors for price quotes, recommended an acceptable vendor, drafted a purchase order, communicated with customs authorities, received shipments, resolved pricing and material disputes, processed payment paperwork, and filed damage claims. ⮚ Maintain sufficient stock levels; place orders to restock products; regularly assess the material's quality and cost.
