My name is June Kapkoyo and I did bachelor of arts Development studies and currently I am working for a Child Youth development center, Compassion international -Kenya assisted project as Project Director

• Community Empowerment: Successfully acquired knowledge on how to offer encouragement and give power to communities to better made themselves better people who can sustain themselves both economically and socially.
• Gender and Development: Acquired expertise on how different genders are socialized and gender representation in different societies, gender-based violence which entailed and Humanitarian Overview of Gender-based violence.
• Project Management: Experienced in managing and implementing program plans and strategies to ensure they are all monitored, assessed and are running smoothly, the budget is adhered to and the program's design are properly carried out.
