I graduated from the East African School of Aviation having done Flight dispatch, Cargo handling and Dangerous Goods regulations.
I started as an intern at SEACON Kenya in 2020 and was later employed by them as a documentation officer. I later joined Jonerics Cargo as an IDF clerk. My responsibilities were to prepare shipping documents for clients importing from different parts of the world. This opened doors for me to the customer service filed.
I worked for MGAS Kenya as a customer service agent for a while and got the opportunity to do the same for an American airline. Now I work for Jeltblue as a Customer Support Agent. I believe that my experience in the different fields that I have worked are building me for something greater, where I can be able to serve and be fulfilled by what I do.
