I have had the privilege of working as a Customer Care Specialist for Metro by T-mobile.Delivering exceptional customer representation comes so effortlessly to me almost like I was made for this.I have achieved meeting all my KPI'S and initiating a drive of sales to the company.I have also achieved entrepreneurial training with Kenya's Largest Non-Profit Organization Junior Achievement Kenya and have been their Representation in Zimbabwe Africa.That makes me the perfect candidate because I know how businesses are built and how to impact consistent and stable growth by providing Quality customer care and customer service .Lastly,One who learns to serve learns to live.

I have worked for kenya's largest non-government organization JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT KENYA as a junior marketing manager and recently have been working as a customer service specialist at USA leading telecommunication organization METRO BY T-MOBILE.
