Am also a dynamic and results oriented who work round the clock to deliver within set deadlines, believes in team work, leadership as management tool towards success of any firm and excellent in communication as a key skill towards achieving my career objective theory gained in the university into practical work to gain expected output.

Responsibilities:

1. Forwarding invoices, debit notes and credit notes for approval and stamping ;
2. Printing out ETR receipts for invoices;
3. Writing and submitting delivery notes to respective offices;
4. Weighing in and out of crude palm oil wagons;
5. Receiving parcels from head office and checking them before submitting them;
6. Typing daily turn around reports in MS EXCEL for easy referencing and record keeping;
7. Handling minor queries and issues that arise in the line of duty;
8. Picking weigh bridge tickets and sending them to the respective personnel for invoicing;
9. Daily booking of locomotive to ensure product is delivered at the right time;
10. Doing dipping of wagons to ascertain what was dipped at point of loading is what is received at point of offloading;
11. Inspecting all company seals are intact and not tampered with and all wagons have no leakage and spillages;
12. Inspecting all wagons ISO tanks to ascertain they are fully offloaded and all valves are well closed;
13. Following up on wagons at workshops to ensure they are repaired on time and back in business.
