I am a highly motivated and productive individual, with an eagerness to learn and develop myself in a personal and professional level. I graduated in December 2016 with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Technical University of Kenya. Currently am pursuing Bachelors in technology (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) evening/weekend classes at The Technical University of Kenya expected to graduate later on this year in December.
I am confident in my abilities to perform in this role and become a central element in the institution.
I have been able to consistently earn high satisfaction ratings with my Supervisors and Managers in all the areas I have worked in, this, I believe will catapult my career to greater heights. I have demonstrated strong leadership skills during my tenure as a backend and system support Technician at different companies.
Further, I have gained extensive knowledge in effective communication, having served as an employee, attaché or an intern, I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and also conversant in using most office equipment.

Installing, servicing and replacing GPS tracking devices on
Company Assets (bikes, tuktuks,etc.)
•Maintaining proper information logs and submitting them to assigned supervisor with required information of the GPS Tracking Device installed (chassis number, plate number, make, model, color, trackers
IMEI number, SIM card number, installation date and place and any other information that may be requested at any time.
•Contacting client and organizing trackers’ service and/or replacement for the Assets whose trackers are malfunctioning
•Delivering the highest level of professional service to the Company’s clients while keeping tracker installation and service information strictly confidential
