- Learnt collection of both venous and capillary blood, making slide smears, staining slide smears, microscopy of malaria parasites as well as helminthes such ascarislumbricoides
- Prepared media, cultured bacteria and other pathogens, and performed biochemical tests to identify specific microorganisms in clinical specimens.
- Performed hematological tests including full haemogram, peripheral blood film staining and microscopy, ESR and blood coagulation profile.
- In Biochemistry department, performed liver function tests, renal function tests, thyroid function tests, lipid profile and urine, CSF, serum analysis.

- Performed Hematoxylin-Eosin staining technique biopsy and for postmortem studies.
