Motivated and detail- oriented individual seeking a credit officer position to leverage my strong organizational skills, attention to detail ,and excellent communication abilities. Contracting debtors, negotiating and repayment terms .

Maintaining accurate records of debt recovery activities.

Collected loans for applications like Mtaa pesa , Flexi cash , Instar cash, Sky pesa, Rahisi pesa, Your pesa, Kubwa pesa and zuri- cash

Calling and negotiating with customers about their daily repayment terms after defaulting.

2.Intern at Mogo auto limited (Mombasa Branch).
