Assisting in the recovery of outstanding debts owed to the company.
Contracting debtors, negotiating and repayment terms .
Maintaining accurate records of debt recovery activities.
Collected loans for applications like Mtaa pesa , Flexi cash , Instar cash, Sky pesa, Rahisi pesa, Your pesa, Kubwa pesa and zuri- cash
Calling and negotiating with customers about their daily repayment terms after defaulting.

Assessing the credit worthiness of individuals and businesses applying for loans or credit.

Assessing the customers C.R.B records and Bank statements.
