Am a Public Health Officer who graduated from Kabarnet KMTC in Baringo County with a Diploma. Since then I have worked with Kisumu county government in various places and different fields with more than 2 years experience.
In late 2019 to 2020 I joined Public health department at City Hall in Kisumu under Director Mr. Osborn Odero. Under him, I was the team leader in Sensitization of the communities example, Nyalenda, Obunga Manyatta, Lolwe and others.
In a team of 10 officers, I also led in Mobilization like CLTS program where we were collaborating with the Community Health Extension Workers (CHEW). I was also visiting areas promptly affected by malaria where we used to give out malaria nets in collaboration with CHVs, and local authority.
From 2020 to date, have been doing the same duties at Lumumba Hospital in Kisumu where we are also being supported by Global Fund Malaria Grant which aim to reduce malaria cases especially in those areas mentioned above.
