I run a Food Formulation lab researching about Yogurt, Maziwa Lala, Cheese, Icecream, Milkshake, Ultra Heat Treated(UHT) milk, Butter, Ghee, Buttermilk, Milk Reconstitution, Powdered Milk Processing, noodles, texturized meat, beer, wine, whisky, pectin, gelatin, modified starch, carboxymethyl cellulose, carbonated bevarages, water sterilization using UV-LEDs among others.
