I am a Bachelor of Horticulture Science and Marketing graduate at Pwani University. As part of my academic coursework, I have acquired skills in management, planning, marketing and budgeting with a strategic focus in the following areas; Floriculture, Irrigation & Soil analysis, Crop Protection (IPM), Sustainable Agriculture, Pomology (Tropical & Temperate fruits), Plant Breeding, Vegetables, herbs & spices production.
Proper control and maintenance of company’s property availed to me.
Preparing plans and schedules for planting and harvesting and ensuring staff understand expectations.
Handling the marketing and sales of farm products.
Actively recruiting and training staff.
Scheduling repairs, maintenance and replacement of equipment and machinery.
Examine, research and solve problems related to crop management, output, and quality as well as develop tailored agronomic practices and see interventions on behalf of the company.
