I have over four years of experience in the field of IT, specializing in system administration and technical support. As an IT Support Specialist at Kenya Utalii College , I provided first-line support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems and ensuring minimal downtime for users. My role involved maintaining and monitoring computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance.

In my subsequent position as an IT Administrator at impact company, I managed network infrastructure, including setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. I was responsible for implementing cybersecurity measures, conducting regular backups, and ensuring data protection compliance. My role also included managing the procurement of IT equipment and software, maintaining inventory, and tracking IT assets.

I have experience with various e-government systems, such as IPMIS, eCitizen, NTSA, eFNS, and iTax, which has enhanced my ability to navigate and utilize these platforms effectively. Additionally, my proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel and Power BI has enabled me to analyze large datasets and create visual reports that inform strategic decisions.

My strong technical skills, combined with my ability to provide excellent user support and manage IT infrastructure, make me well-equipped to handle the demands of an IT administrative role.
