I started my teaching profession at Eland Girls' Secondary school from 2008 to 2013. I was able to produce a mean score of 7.36 in physics on the national examinations,something which had never happened before. I was also a deputy head teacher during all this time.
I began teaching History and Kiswahili at Molo 220 secondary school from 2014 up to May 2022. On 2021,all my learners scored a mean grade of C+ and above in the History subject which I was teaching.
I am currently a deputy head teacher at Kagaki school. Since I joined this,I have been able to introduce mixed ability grouping on all streams,something which has greatly improved the academic performance of the learners and their participation on classroom activity's.
