- I chaired a Focus improvement team to suggest on non-clarification of hot water-soluble tea products which led to almost zero percent customer complaint due to taste issues and specks in the product as well as a 2% increase in product yield.
- Was part of a Focus Improvement team which suggested reduction of operating temperature for grocery density products from 75-63˚C. This led to increase production volume due to less product rejection and less rework. Records have validated to show no customer rejection due to microorganism issues.

- In a Focus Improvement team, I suggested discontinuation of bromine number in determination of strength in tea aromas, due to health and safety issues associated with the process which had affected lab technicians, the procedure was also long leading to delay in releasing of results. Since the adoption permanganate number method determination of strength in tea aromas has been efficient and effective.
