Verify import cargo with Customs  Dispatch cargo to Clients or Warehouse

Supervise the loading process onto vehicles  Maintain proper records of Customs files  Collect documents from assigned handling centers  Ensure safe custody of cleared cargo until it is dispatched

Constantly update the customer service team on clearance status of shipments  Handle queries pertaining to KRA clearance

Report any damages, losses or shortages to Management
