I am a Customer Service oriented professional with 2 years’ work experience. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical proficiency in mobile software technology, MS Office, Arcmap and Arcview.
I have worked for 2 years as a manager and customer service provider at Osona Yarns Limited. During this time i have been able to grow my communication, leadership and delegation skills. I have also learnt patience in my interactions with clients and how to promptly solve a problem.
I am currently virtually working towards attaining my Diploma in Community Development ans Social worker at the Mount Kenya University.
