I have Project Management skills having worked 4 years in construction. I have closely worked with project supervisors as well as coordinated the construction of Villas and refurbishment/upgrade of both hotel and serviced apartments.
Over time I have particularly enjoyed working on Interiors and I am therefore on a career trajectory towards Interior Design which I know I am better suited for.

Excellent reporting skills necessary for writing monthly progress reports,
Excellent procurement skills for client supplied items. I have good negotiating skills, which helps in keeping to the budget and allowing for cost saving,
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project to enable proper project planning and monitoring,
Good data collection for feasibility analysis with a working knowledge on data representation,
Good managerial skills with ability to manage both consultants and contractors,
I have a keen eye for detail and style,
On the Design front, I have working knowledge on softwares such as ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Foyr Neo and hand sketching.
