Key Achievements:

• Database development and maintenance: Successfully developed four study databases and data collection tools (ODK, Survey CTO, Redcap applications) and SOPs (developed DMP and SAP) and configuration of tablets. Successfully piloted study questionnaires and tablets for functionality and finalized configurations prior to study implementation. Successfully randomised recruited participants into their respective treatment groups.
• Dashboards and statistical analysis: Created visually impactful dashboards in Power Bi for Covid-19 regular updates reporting. Successfully analysed baseline survival data of mosquitoes in ivermectin regimens dozed on community volunteers. This data has been used to prepare cluster randomised controlled phase II trial.
• Support technical professional development of staff: Prepare and lead training sessions on technical topics such as sampling design, statistical inference
• Publishing studies in policy journals: Process data analysis outputs based on investigator instructions for publication in journals, reports, presentations

• Production of high-quality deliverables: Completed and reviewed more complex assigned tasks with a focus on accuracy. Conducted all appropriate validation requirements, according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), for each task undertaken. Checked programming logs for cleanliness and correct processing of data. Inputs into data issues log and followed-up issues to appropriate resolution.
• Data Management and quality assurance: Participated in setting up Data Management Plan review and Statistical Analysis Plan. Designed and managed SQL Server databases, database edit check’s, developing and evaluating electronic survey tools for data capturing with better validation checks, this improved data integrity to 95%. Created and followed processes to keep data confidential.
• Dashboards and statistical analysis: Created visually impactful dashboards in Excel and Power Bi for data reporting. Extracted, interpreted, and analysed data to identify key metrics and transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information. Designed and built statistical analysis models on large data sets that supported decision making.
