Sign writing in all the 5 Factories (Plants).
Produce Artwork for Safety incidences through training of staff to minimize minor accidents and injuries.
Put Visual Controls on the Machines (lubrication symbols) etc.
Drawing shadows for the items/tools in cabinets.
Carrying out TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities in the Factory to attain maximum results.
Marking demarcation for pallets/pathways in and outside the Factory. Carrying out autonomous maintenance in the machines.
Producing Artwork sketches for training OPL'S (one point lesson).
Help operators attain Autonomous Maintenance (A.M) standards in the plant by giving suggestions and Kaizen's for the machines.
Epoxy painting works in all Factory stores and spray painting to keep the plant in good conducive environment.
