I am a hardworking, result oriented and a dedicated team player who has accomplished her diploma course in Accounting at Kisumu Polytechnic.
I had worked as a sales agent at SMEP Bank Nov 2021 – Oct 2022 the following were my duties and responsibilities; Marketing of bank retail products to new and existing customers. Meeting and exceeding targets for sales, pbt and portfolio quality as outlined in individual performance targets. Loan appraisal and disbursement at branch level.
Giving sales presentation to a range of prospective clients. Attending weekly meetings on training and performance review. Drive sales through signing of Mou’s across various entities both existing corporate customers and non-banking institutions.
Attending to customers’ requests and inquiries as they arise and timely response to them. Marketing of asset financing and logbook loans to the new and existing customers.
I have worked at Simple pay as a Business Development Officer Dec 2022 – July 2023 in charge of marketing and educating the new and existing customers about the company product, Attending weekly meetings on training and performance targets, Attending to customer inquiries, complains as they arise and timely respond to them, on boarding new customers, doing effective monitoring of loans repayment and collection payment in accordance with the due date and making daily follow up on the accounts those are in areas to minimize default, this position has enable me to develop on my analytical, organizational, interpersonal, Customer service, Communication and critical thinking skills which I intend to leverage in your organization, when given the opportunity.
