• Auditing Aviation records as an aviation internal Auditor.
• Updating all Log books and forecast with the current flight hours and cycles.
•  Maintaining proper log of all applicable ADs and SBs and their status check. 
•  Ensuring all Aircraft technical records system and procedures are adhered to and complied.
• Safe keeping and maintaining accurate data on Aircraft Kardex 2004 November to 2007 August file system. 
•  Reviewing technical log sheets and work packages for correct data, extracting and collating information for storage. 
•  Responsible for Proper upkeep and safe keeping/security of all Aircraft documents within the section. 
•  Updating and storage of records that needs to be archived and also decide on the ones to be shelved out. 
•  Any other tasks relevant to A/C technical records keeping/planning activity.
