I am an objective collections and recovery officer with a keen interest to bring non-performing loads to order, with an year of experience in the field. I bring strong negotiation, data analysis and customer service skills on board ensuring an efficient recovery process.

Some of my key Responsibilities and competencies in the field include;

• Engagement with defaulters to repay non-performing loans. 
• Negotiation of amicable debt repayment proposals and solutions with defaulters. Monitoring of loans in watch, sub-standard, doubtful and loss categories to ensure regularization and prevent slippage to subsequent categories.
•  Institution of recovery proceedings against defaulters where collateral is provided and following up with auctioneers, lawyers, debt collectors, investigators and lawyers to ensure quick turn-around time on recovery instructions issued to them.
• Preparation and issuance of various recovery notices such as demand letters, notice of intentions to sell and redemption notices to clients. 
• Engagement of lawyers to issue statutory notices to defaulting clients where due. 
• Maintenance of updated debtor files with notes on all commitments, meetings, conversations and diarizing the same. 
• Preparation of quality and timely reports such as the watchlist, Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and write-off reports.
• Updating client CRB status.
• Review of securities held against non-performing loan facilities to ensure securities perfection. 
• Offering excellent customer service.
