I am eager to apply technical skills in an engineering role and contribute to professional growth as a competent and reliable electrical engineer.

Industrial Attachment at South Nyanza Sugar Company (SONY) (2025-05 – 2025-07)

• Exposed to predictive and preventive maintenance philosophies of electrical machines/equipment.
• Introduction to power generation, transmission, and distribution.
• Exposed to the calibration of measuring instruments.

Industrial Attachment at Baran Telecom Communications (BTN) (2024-05 – 2024-08)

• Performed tasks in fiber networks and Government WIFI projects, including surveying, installation, and management of the network systems.
• Gained valuable skills in the telecommunication industry, including but not limited to splicing, setting ARs and ONTs, and communication.

Internal Attachment at South Eastern Kenya University (SEKU)

• Designed a home fire alarm and tested the circuit as a project.
• Designed a solar standby system for a building, Northern Block, in SEKU.
• Conducted research and analysis on the standby systems at SEKU and the operation of the Automatic Transfer Switch.
