Project Manager at Goodday Commercials Limited (2025-01 – 2026-05)

I was hired as the Project Manager for the estate project I designed to closely guide it's implementation and manage all the staff under me in both the construction site and the marketing office. I provide reports to my client, the Director on site construction progress, marketing progress, staff delivery, updated project costs, buyer design customizations and their resultant changes in construction cost, highlight possible risks to the success of the project and construction timelines.

Software Developer at Goodday Commercials Limited (2025-07 – 2026-05)

I designed, programmed and published a fully functioning real estate website, for the marketing team and company, built in MERN stack. I currently maintain the website, periodically making updates when required and ensuring the website remains secure.

Design Architect at Goodday Commercials Limited (2023-11 – 2024-12)

I was consulted as the lead architect. I designed the entire estate project, from conceptualization right upto scheme design and engaged with County Government officials in acquiring approvals and title deeds for the parcels subdivided from the mother title, working with Arch. Benard Simiyu(A1041). I ensured the project was registered with the National Construction Authority(NCA).

Interior Designer at Siwel Design Studio (2024-01 – 2026-05)

I am the lead graduate architect in charge of designing, conceptualizing and supervising all interior design work, renovations, new designs undertaken and to be implemented by Mendrah Project's Limited.

Design Architect at Mendrah Projects Limited (2022-11 – 2026-05)

I am actively engaged as a partner in charge of design and conceptualization of projects ranging from new constructions to renovations, office fit-outs and restaurant design and build projects. I have had opportunities participate as the lead in design and supervision, while learning closely on the implementation and practicality of my designs.

I was attached as an intern onsite, in my second year of Architecture School. Monitored the construction of an apartment building on a slope from the 4th floor upto the 8th floor. I learnt how MEP sysytems in buildings worked.
