I am currently a supervisor overseeing all front office operations and reporting to the management. I have all it takes to run a reception. I have managed this through education and work experience. I have more than three years work experience. Started in a five star hotel at Nairobi, Laico Regency Hotel. Served as a cashier/receptionist, credit officer. Currently working as front office supervisor at Rock Hyrax Hotel in Nakuru.
I have bachelor's degree in business administration with IT,finance. Planning to do a postgraduate diploma in hospitality management.
