I graduated i Kirinyaga university with a degree in bachelor of commerce marketing option.I am skilled in the customer support sector as this is what i have done since i graduated.I am a hardwarking lady who is passionate about customer support.And i'm also a fast learner which enables me adjust easily to any change of task given or offered to me .

I have worked as a customer service Representative at D.light Solar from February 2021 to August 2022. I worked in the outbound section where i made outbound calls to reach out to customers to pay their outstanding bills.I also helpes the customers solve problems they experienced with their product with the product knowledge i was equipped with.

I also worked with Majorel from September 31st 2022 to December 31st 2022. My role was to receive International calls and reply to chats and emails from customers using the website.

I also helped in solving problems they encountered in the product usage.

I graduated in Kirinyaga University with a degree in bachelor of commerce (Marketing option).

I attained a second class honours (Lower division)
