I am a training dynamo passion about people empowerment through mind-shift and skills enhancement training interventions. Over the past 7 years, I have gained a wide variety of training experience, across industries and organizational cadres. My key strengths include needs analysis, content development, training, and facilitation of workshops, retreats and team building. Having been an entrepreneur, I bring a high sense of commercial awareness in everything I do.
With over 7 years experience as a learning and development consultant, I have developed core competencies in training needs analysis, content development (and improvement), quality assurance, planning and reporting. I employ a multi-dimensional approach to training which enables me to adapt my delivery to diverse trainee profiles and training objectives. In addition to soft skills training, the experience I have gained as a tech start-up founder and product-lead, enables me to breakdown and deliver complex technical material with simplicity, even to non-technical audiences.
When this is coupled with an agile, fun and interactive training style, the result is a high quality training or coaching session. An equally important skill I have, is the ability to sustain learnings through coaching to ensure trainees achieve expected performance levels. Finally, as a leader, I am well able to lead across and above to ensure departmental and organizational KPI’s are achieved.
