Computer Hardware Troubleshooting: In my previous positions I have been in a position to review, diagnose, identify and resolve operational/technical problems within hardware devices in the organization.
Network and Internet Configuration: I have been involved in the setting of network’s controls, flow and operation to support the network communication of the organization.
Graphics Design: I have the capability to create and combine symbols, images and text to form visual representations of ideas and messages.
Communication skills: Excellent at verbally communicating effectively with people inside and outside the organization and maintaining good and professional working relations.
software installation and configuration and maintenance: I have been involved in installing software into various existing operating systems, carrying out regular maintenance and finding support for the software.
Team player: Proven experience in working with and maintaining a cordial relationship with the team of partners and my fellow workmates and ability to manage a team of workers.
Detail Oriented: Ability to pay keen and close attention to detail by ensuring accuracy is maintained.
ICT Competence: Proficient in Microsoft applications, emails and internet.
