I was responsible for identifying respondents for the GEM baseline, GEM monitoring, Enterprise baseline, High frequency, and End line
Surveys.
Conducting baseline, monitoring, high frequency, and end line surveys.
Data entry and disbursement of grants through the Empowering Girls through Grants (EGG) Project.
Training in business skills.
As a GEM Project team in partnership with IRC, YIKE and FHOK we managed to take 500 girls aged between 16-19 from the selected neighborhoods through Darling, Ken chic and D-Light trainings and later gave them capital to open up their own businesses.
100 girls were given Ksh.20, 000 grant each through the EGG Project.
I managed to track and do end line surveys to numerous respondents who had relocated to the region
