Louisa Maina

I am a graduate of the United States International University (USIU). I attained a degree in International Business Administration (IBA), Finance option. I graduated with a GPA of 3.0. I also have accounting knowledge and am conversant with various languages. I am a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK).

I am currently working at Superior Homes Kenya as the head of the brand and marketing department. I am in charge of overseeing all marketing activities both for our real estate and hospitality business. I am tasked with developing the marketing strategies of our hotels, Sundowner Hotel in Athi River and Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge in Nakuru as well as our furnished holiday homes, Pazuri at Vipingo.

I have successfully run brand campaigns both on traditional platforms and digital platforms. I oversee formulating the yearly marketing plans & budgets and tracking expenses incurred from all our marketing initiatives.

I have created a great database with print and electronic media boosting our public relations in the market. I also spearhead partnerships with various institutions such as banks to offer mortgages to our clients.
