Lucia Murunga

Am a Clinical Officer and am able to handle patients in the inpatient and outpatient departments. Am able to work in clinics for TB,HIV and those victims who have undergone GBV. I have good listener, I work as a team and I deliver as required.

Having worked in small clinics as an outpatient practitioner, I was able to work at Coptic for two years as a clinician in the CCC where my roles was to initiate or continue with prescriptions for ART on PLHIV, attended MDTs so that we could discuss ways of client adherence with or without the client, managed opportunistic diseases, performance of minor surgeries, and later went to crystal cottage clinic where I took history, diagnosed and managed illnesses in both inpatient and outpatient departments, wrote extension or request notees to insurances for medical and surgical managements.

I did my KCPE in 2007 and scored 327 marks then later joined highschool which I completed in 2011 and scored a grade of C(plain) . I then joined KMTC to do a Diploma in Clinical medicine and surgery ,did my internship in Kilifi county, after working for more than 2 years I then joined KMTC Kisumu to upgrade which I did Clinical medicine and surgery (Paediatrics).
