• To negotiate with suppliers on the best terms of service including price, delivery, payments and after sales services.
• Ensure procurement of goods and services as per the company's policy
• Perform checks on suppliers and service providers to a ascertain physical location and credibility of services
• To make regular follow ups both local and overseas orders, including imports customs clearance and delivery.
• Preparation of quotation analysis and decision making with purchase tender committee for purchasing decisions.

• Planning, implementing and controlling goods and services between the point origin and the destination point.
• Reviewing and evaluating the logistics operations business practices of the organization.
