Prepare hygiene/sanitation Inspection Schedule, monitor hygiene of the warehouse, bakery, receiving and loading area, and Inspection of personnel hygiene.
- Develop, and maintain Pest control records of the entire facility and maintain the safety data sheets for pesticides, monitor and control bait stations for any pest entrapped and dispose of as per the Pest control program and maintenance of the activity log.
- Continual surveillance of the quality assurance programs of qualified local Food Suppliers and continual reporting through the Supplier Inspection Schedule.
- Monitor and control shipping documents listed in the UNSTD Gen 03 in advance for inbound shipments preferably prior to loading.
- Verifying the quality of the products upon receipt, putting on hold the suspected products and perform the thorough inspection and recommend corrective actions.
