I have a certification on Flight Dispatch,Cargo management and hospitality management.
I have a one year experience in Hospitality, six months in the aviation industry and currently am working with Carnaval Kenya Limited as a contact center agent. My experiences have provided me with valuable lessons in customer service and satisfaction.It has helped me in understanding on how to build positive relationships, active listening and coming up with solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
A fast learner and results oriented,strong team player, able to work under minimum supervision and relate well with people of different cultures.
Currently I am working as a Contact Center Agent at Carnaval Kenya Limited.
I have a one year experience in the hospitality industry at Paul Caffe and six months experience at Amref Flying Doctors as a flight operations intern
I have attained a Diploma in Flight Dispatch at East African School of Aviation, Diploma in Air Cargo Management at Air Travel and Related Studies Center and also Diploma in Hospitality Management at Career Training Centre,Kenya Utalii and Mahanaim Educational Institute.
