Research project examining credit risk management practices in Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies (SACCOS) offering Front Office Service Activity (FOSA) in Kenya. The study employed a descriptive survey research design with credit managers and managers from 40 SACCOs in Nairobi Province. Key findings identified loan portfolio management, risk identification, risk analysis and assessment, and risk monitoring as instrumental components of the credit risk management process.
