A result-driven professional with over 8 years of experience in the Administration; having worked in different organizations and currently working as a Relationship Officer-Micro Group Lending, Asset Financing, Agriculture and Shadowing Micro Business Lending. I am proficient in organizing resources, handling documents and also giving executive administrative support. An accomplished and results-oriented individual with a strong aptitude for organization and office administration.

I have five years experience in the banking industry, having worked with both Family Bank Limited and Equity Bank Limited between July 2017 and January 2023. Through these, I gained great experience in administration, customer relations and financial management.

Before that, I also had a three year experience in customer service and operations working with Kenya Airports Parking Service where I worked both as support to a supervisor and a supervisor to a team of staff.

I have a bachelors degree in humanities and social sciences from the University of Nairobi where I majored in economics and sociology.
