Am graduate in diploma in Accountancy and have experience of about five years in inventory stock management and store keeping.
I have worked in both retail and manufacturing industries as dispatch and receiving clerk, stock taking process, loss control prevention officer and store keeping.
Am a hardworking, honest and ambitious person who believes in positive change. I work beyond what is expected and always empresses changes.

I have experience in inventory stock management for three years as a stock taker, Recieving and dispatch clerk for two years and store keeping for one year.
I have been able to do the following under Store keeping
Regular stock taking of inventory items in store
-Identify the stock out items and set pre-order level to prevent complete stock out.
-Prepare purchase requests for any items.
-Recieving and dispatching of items in store and from the store to branches
-Prepare bin cards on every items in store and ensure its updated accordingly
-Communicate with suppliers to request quotations on different items that needs to be purchased and do comparison on figures.
-Engage suppliers to ensure they have received Local purchase order and supplied goods ordered on time to prevent stock outs.
-Weekly stock taking and monthly stock taking
-Present all reports on inventory stocking, damages, stock outs and obsolete (dead stock).
-Ensure the store is kept clean, neat and properly arranged in uniformity way.
-Ensure every item has been labelled and has bin cards for easy identity accessibility in store
-Recieving of items in the system through SAP system.
-Recieving and recording of all invoices and delivery notes to the accounts to facilitate payments whenever there is any deliveries from suppliers.
As an inventory stock taking
Inventory Stock controller and Auditing in retail industries
-Checking products movement and performance in the Aspire system to confirm whether they are slow moving, dead stock, overstock or fast moving.
-Counter checking of physical products and system reading and finding of all variances in all departments and sections.
-Investigating of stock variances and ensure they are paid for incase are missing
-Checking products in warehouse, store and at branch to ensure they are safe and kept well.
-Ensuring bulk items like sugar and rice are broken down in pieces form and can be sold in small quantities like kgs and grams and put into fraters in the system.
-Stock taking of warehouse, store and all stocks in entire outlet and preparation of data report on the results.
-Ensure FIFO rule is applied on all stocks in store and display to prevent expiries and short expiries hence shrinkage
-Reconciliation of invoices, LPOs against the Goods received note to ensure they are matching.
-Regular stock taking of high value goods and investigation on variances
-Daily stock taking on deli/bakery goods, Atm milk, restaurant products and other food stuffs and penalize the variances.
Victory furniture trading company (Three month) June- August 2022
-Doing monthly stock take on stocks on consignment across all branches (Quickmart branches) and submitting report to the client.
-Checking and compiling report on slow moving furniture, dead stock, damages/dent/faulty and stock out furniture’s and submitting to the client.
-Regular stock taking and spot check on goods at the branch and submitting reports daily
-Receiving and dispatching of furniture products to all consignment branches.
-Checking, confirmation and dispatch of customer goods before leaving the shop.
Inventory stock taking and loss control officer (Shivling supermarket -Kisii (four months) October 2022 - January 2023
-Recieving and dispatching of items from suppliers.
-General stock taking of inventory stocks of from different branches.
-Presentation of reports on the stock taking process.
-Provide and present variances after inventory stock take process.
-Ensure comprehensive and complete investigation on all variances found wether positive or negative.
-Ensure variances have been paid for to avoid loss from the company.
-Cycle counting of high value items and giving of reports on the same.
-Prepare inter branch transfer notes and invoices for all items being dispatched to branches
