Loan Officer-Mogo Auto Limited | October 2021-
Following up with clients who have already visited Mogo branch to finalize loans.
Taking clients through the various Mogo products and terms (cars financing,
boda financing and logbook loans).
Collecting, processing all necessary documents and entering customer information into Mogo ERP system.
Conducting proper KYC and fraud prevention and remaining customer’s point of contact for all questions.
Working closely with independent sales agents to generate more leads.
Working on individual sales through referrals and other sources.
Proactively working with leads to achieve loan issuance targets.
Processing customer loans, ensuring quick loan disbursements.
