Marion Njoki

My name is Marion Njoki. Am 20 years old and am a proffesional caregiver. I have worked for patients aged between 40 and 95. I can work under any environment and am a very active member of any teamwork.

I have skills in bed making, doing bed bath, changing diaper and emptying the bed pan, doing oral care for both conscious and unconscious patients, injecting insulin and administering medicine, taking vital signs, going for doctors' apointments with the patients, doing nail and hair care. Inalso habe skills in helping the patient to deal with stress and their daily activities, taking the patien for a walk and engaging them in their interests and hobbies. I also help patients to transfer form their bed to a wheelchair and l can deal with patients who habe dimentia and those who are violent.

Am also skilled in CPR and first Aid incase of any emergency.

I got a C plain in my KCSE education and joined Ujuzi Fursa Africa in 2023 march for my eldercare course l learnt both carwgiving and CPR and First Aid where lnattained a higher credit level with 80points. I went to Athiriver Shalom Community Hospital for my one month internship. Am currently working at Jonlee International Hospital in umoja 1 Nairobi as an Assistant Nurse.
