Throughout my career, I have acquired exceptional skills in handling insurance policies, interacting with customers, selecting the best insurance policies, and discussing payment terms. I am also well equipped with customer service and good communication skills that make it easier when negotiating with clients. Moreover, I am strongly committed to high ethical and professional standards and flexibility in devising proactive responses to changing socioeconomic conditions that would allow me to contribute significantly to the organization.

I can also effectively work under a team or independently with minimal supervision while maintaining calmness when under pressure to solve problematic issues that require my attention. I am an excellent time manager and completes my tasks within the assigned time.

I have worked as a customer care representative for a period of two years in skywave management limited. I also worked remotely during the Covid 19 period which gave me the skills needed to handle remote jobs. My main responsibilities include making and receiving calls, answering emails, handling customer complaints, and raising any payment issues with the customers.

Other tasks include maintaining a close relationship with the customers. I have also worked as a financial advisor in APA Insurance. some of my main tasks included selling insurance policies, following up on customers' well-being to establish a close relationship with the organization, advising customers on the best insurance policies, and also making calls.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Biology degree from the University of Nairobi. The knowledge acquired in class has been very helpful in navigating various problems and also when dealing with different personalities.
