Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide product information and advice customers on various inquiries
- Respond to customer inquiries on CRB issues at the Huduma Centre
- Prepare Certificate of clearance, credit reports, letters and other documents as required by customers while adhering to set guidelines.
- Updating customer request pending logs and calculation of the response time for all pending issues.
- Cross selling and Up selling of CRB Products and Services at the Huduma Centre.
- Monitoring and Escalation of all CRB related issues at the Centre.
- Data entry to the database.
- Coordinate and respond to customer request sent through regional offices (agents)
- Any other task that may be allocated by the supervisor.

- Recruiting Metropol CRB agents
- Managing Metropol CRB agents through preparing and paying their monthly commissions.
- Responding to agent’s inquiries, making a follow up and escalating their agency issues to the supervisor
