I am a passionate about health and helping people on their journey of wellbeing. My passion for nutrition began way back after high school when I made decision to better understand food in order to manage possible nutrition related disorders and conditions such as diabetes, cancer, obesity among others.
Currently am an intern at Ngong Sub-County Hospital after attaining my Diploma in Nutrition. I have worked at Thika Level 5 Hospital for a period of 6 months as a clinical nutritionist. Beside I have volunteered at Nyagondo Dispensary as a nutritionist for an year.
I attained my certification at Mount Kenya University and certified in Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics after finishing my 3 year course.
