WORK EXPERIENCE a) 12th Aug 2021 to 31st Aug 2022: Mechanical Engineering Technician

Duties and responsibilities:

 Ensuring regular and preventive maintenance of the milk processing machine to prevent break down.

 Responding to breakdown by diagnosing fault and repairing equipments.

 Designing new equipments,process,procedures and system to make improvements to current operations to enhance efficiency.

 Servicing of the air receiver compressors, generators, chillers, motors and pumps as per the scheduled running hours.

 Performing route cause analysis on machines by defining and understanding the problems,collecting data related to the problem, identifying the possible causal factors and determining the possible solution to prevent reoccurring failure.

 Attending to the milk processing machine emergences.

 Regular checking of pumps,motors and agitator components such as impellers,terminal boxes and fans to ensure they are in good working conditions.

 Carrying out scheduled maintenance on diesel generator such as checking the oil and coolant levels,inspecting batteries and cleanliness of the connections,verifying control panel for readings and errors,changing oil and air filters as per the manufacturers guidelines.
