; I am a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist previously working at Deloitte Kenya under the USAID Tujenge Jamii Project based in Nakuru as the Senior M&E Officer (SM&EO). I hold a Master’s of Arts Degree from University of Nairobi where I specialized in Medical Sociology perusing a second Masters (Monitoring and Evaluation) at Daystar University. My experience in MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning runs for over 10 years practicing in USAID and CDC Kenya Funded programs
The assignment at USAID Tujenge Jamii was mainly coordinating and supporting delivery of quality HIV Care and Treatment, RMNCAH project results, disseminating lessons learned, promote data use for decision making at all levels of programming, capacity building of local implementing partners (LIPs) in M&E, and strengthening the national HIS systems through quality reporting, the approach was a combination of HSS and service delivery.
