Project Review Committee (PRC) and projects converted into IPMR.
-Following up with the relevant officers for missing project information and supporting them in updating the same in IPMR to ensure completeness and accuracy of the information.
-Populating information in PAAS and ensuring that the information provided is up to date to ensure a smooth process during auditing.
-Population and monitoring of the WUF11 App, which contributed to the success of the World Urban Forum 11
event.

-Setting up hybrid meetings for colleagues in various meeting rooms.

-Carrying out basic office duties such as binding of documents, printing, and photocopying.
-Attending various conferences and meetings on behalf of my organization.
-Taking notes and tabling concerns and suggestions on various matters during meetings and conferences.
-Handing out ICT questionnaires to staff members and filling in the resulting information in the relevant databases.
-Performing any other duties as directed by my supervisors.
