I have gained the following skills in my 6 years of maintenance technician
Troubleshooting: Am experienced in conducting troubleshooting and repairing of various Electrical, electronic and mechanical products which includes soldering components on Printed Circuit Boards as well as joining large components to constitute functioning products following approved procedures producing high quality consumer based and industrial products. Am also experienced in subassembly of all components that goes into many Electronic appliances following the issued work instructions.
Maintenance Skills: Am capable of troubleshooting and repairing of electrical, electronic products including identifying faulty components and replacing them as well as servicing such products to ensure they are in required operative mode as demonstrated by my stay at KOKO. Currently am working on maintenance of KOKO points
Leadership skills: I have been working as a team leader at KOKONETWORKS deployment and maintenance
Communication Skills: I have excellent understanding of what good communication entails having learnt in school and harnessed it through personal research as well as practicing it on a daily basis. I understand how to handle customers with various characters to satisfaction without compromising on the interests of stakeholders.
