I am a highly motivated professional with over 10 years’ experience handling Secretarial and Administrative duties, coupled with Counseling and Project Management skills which makes me a perfect fit for your esteemed organisation especially in areas of Administration, Personal Assistant, Guest Relations, and CSR. I am an all-rounder; very flexible, to multitask in multiple role or in job rotation on short notice. I am creative, strategic with an analytical mind, with an ability to manage multiple assignments; highly organized and able to work well with others ensuring that the administrative systems are conducted according to the set institutional policies, regulations, standards and operating procedures and in addition; provide Reception, Secretarial, and Administrative support to the staff, offering and ensuring effective communication between the office, its clientele and the office staff in general, generating after sale market reports on auction days and prepare the following weeks’ sale catalogues among other reports.
General handling of communication both incoming and outgoing, dispatch of tea samples, typing of office correspondence, taking minutes and report writing, office trips/meetings reservations and bookings and acts as the liaison between the office, buyers, producers and the county government offices, whilst ensuring that the junior staff members under my watch have performed and delivered their duties as expected and/or beyond expectation.
